Meet Dr. Paula Pilcher, ND, LMT

Dr. Paula Pilcher believes treating the whole person is the most effective way to help people achieve their goals. She seeks to understand each patient’s unique needs and challenges, and she works hard to ensure that they can overcome those challenges in a way that works for them.

She has a passion for working with families, especially adolescents, as she firmly believes that the family dynamic is an important part of an individual as a whole.

Her approach is holistic: she believes that physical health is connected to mental health, which is connected to social well-being and spiritual growth. She understands that everyone has their own journey through life, so she works hard to help her patients find the support they need at every step along the way.

Dr. Pilcher has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2004, using a variety of techniques to promote health and assist with injury recovery. She's also an adolescent integrative mental health services provider, offering family medical care as a naturopathic physician.

Her practice is located in the heart of downtown Beaverton, where she offers teens empowerment program ‘Empowerteen‘, public education courses and community health workshops.
