Here are seven healthy habits that teens should adopt as soon as possible:

1) Drink plenty of water.

2) Eat breakfast every day (even if it's just cereal).


3) Get enough sleep (eight hours is ideal).


4) Start exercising regularly (walking counts!).


5) Eat lunch outside with friends whenever possible.

6) Keep track of what you eat for two weeks straight—then do something about it!

7) Go outside every day if possible!
